Instructions
USE: Intended for use of closed hypertrophic, keloid, acne, and surgery scars. For new scars, use as soon as the wound is closed or sutures are removed.
DIRECTIONS: Clean and dry skin area. Apply a small amount of gel on and around the scar area, then massage for 3-5 minutes. Apply 2-3 times daily.

"This company has yet to answer a phone call, or return a call, although I left 3 messages. I did get an email claiming they were “looking into” what happened, although I can only assume it’s nothing more than a farcical gesture, based on what I learned. I placed a large order, and was given EXPRESS shipping, with a date of today, Feb 5, for the delivery to arrive (2-day delivery), but the day after I placed the order (yesterday), when I checked, the delivery date had been changed to Feb 12. I am staying with my daughter in a hotel, 2804 miles from her school and over 1600 miles from my home, near the UCLA medical complex. We won’t be in this hotel any longer on Feb 12, and I would never have ordered from this company if they’d not given me the express shipping notification while I was purchasing the order. If it had been longer than a 2-day turnaround, I’d have not bothered at all with it. Trying for a solution, I went to UPS after calling the company (no answer), and an employee explained that HealFast uses a deceitful “hand-off” practice in their mailing, so that the company can avoid paying for express shipping, and put the blame onto the postal service. The email is nothing but hot air; they know EXACTLY why I’m not getting this package on time. They are trying to place the onus of this situation onto me, claiming they can do nothing to rectify this, although they, as the vendor, can definitely re-route the package, as also explained to me by UPS, but choose not to do so. Instead, the email informed me once THE HOTEL returns the package, I will then receive my money back. I’m not sure what these people think, but the hotel doesn’t work for me, and once I’m not here, no longer a guest, I have NO CONTROL over what will happen. THIS COMPANY IS NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY, not interested in establishing relationships even if you’re making large purchases, and never provides a live person with whom to speak, so BEWARE."
5 1/2 Inch Scar Healing Nicely
"This is healing so wonderfully! I had Melanoma removed from my face and this started as a nickel size spot, which is now a 5 1/2 inch scar on the side of my face. I was told it will heal nicely and so far with the help of the Scar Gel tape and the Scar Gel, it is definitely healing up nicely. WOW!!! I would definitely recommend this with confidence and tell you to follow the directions. I also bought the scar gel and massage that into the scar 2 times daily. Again, I'm following the directions to get the best results. Thank you!!!"
